IVY COPENHAGEN is the name of a new Danish denim brand under the creative direction of CEO and founder Henriette Pieszak, who has more than 20 years of experience in fashion and design. IVY COPENHAGEN is targeted at a new generation of young consumers with a global outlook, who navigate across multiple media channels and platforms. Inspired by the American ‘IVY League’ culture of savvy and resourceful young people who have bold ambitions for themselves as well as for the world, the IVY universe aims at a segment of consumers who are innovative, influential – and used to sharing their world and values in exclusive social communities.
With IVY COPENHAGEN, Henriette Pieszak aims to inspire and empower a new and younger segment, using her great experience with premium jeans design. The goal of her new launch is to create a young brand universe where design and cross-channel communication go hand in hand with quality and craft. “The entire brand platform development has been architected by handpicked creative photographers, stylists and models as the new brand is centred on creativity, authenticity and personality. We aim to create a brand DNA which is honest and communicates from the heart, and we can’t wait to share the brand with the world,” says Henriette Pieszak.

Founder & creative director Celie Olofsson arrived onto Formentera in the spring of 2003. Finally finding what she had been longing for.....that is what can not be described in words, just like ways of heart. Her meeting with the world known perfumer Alberto Morillas a years later would open a channel of communication through the amazing/mysterious ”ways” of perfumery. Centrale Perfumeria is born.
Inspired by his many journeys to the United States, Michaël Azoulay created the French brand American Vintage in 2005. With his intuitive- ness and curiosity, he was able to reenergize the t-shirt by updating this cornerstone of the women’s wardrobe. The collections are drawn in minimalistic and authentic lines, giving people a chance to reinvent themselves daily.
Philosophy

Through the American Vintage DNA, the young entrepreneur from Marseille, a visionary with infallible flair, transmits the values that are dear to him: the love of good craftsmanship, the attention to detail, kindness, but also sincerity and a sense of sharing.
It was not a coincidence that the two brothers Johannes and Julian Rellecke founded COPENHAGEN in 2017. Living the legacy of the 3rd generation of shoemakers, both of them have been passionate about footwear ever since. Precision, quality and fairness were values that just came natural to them, and that are now becoming visible through each and every collection.

As twins they have always had a deep bond. And the entrepreneurial environment shaped them strongly. As the former founders of Liebeskind, they landed a great success before. Then it became time to fully focus on their roots in footwear. Julian now is the creative mind behind COPENHAGEN, taking care of the whole design process, sensing tomorrow’s trends. Johannes manages the business and marketing side, and makes things happen. Together, they are constantly striving to bring minimalistic, high-quality footwear to a new level
